Now we want an experienced growth expert who is as excited as us to understand our mission and reach our ambitious traction targets. You will have complete control over Munch's growth strategy and execution, focusing on rapid experimentation with new content, channels, people, and initiatives, pro-actively and independently seek growth opportunities for Munch and delivering our ambitious revenue goals.

Due to the dynamic nature of this role, we are hiring a senior marketer with strong team lead ambitions. We are looking for a creative person who can relate to our target audience and who doesn't just come up with bold ideas but can create a cohesive strategy, execute experiments, and own the results.

We’re 100% remote with our core team distributed in Czech Republic, London, Turkey, and Georgia. There is no visa sponsorship available at this moment though. While all the meetings are held during CEST work hours, you can still work from wherever you wish as long as the CEST timezone works for you.

At Munch, you are going to...

Define and build a company-wide growth plan, along with leading and lagging KPIs to assess success of plan

  • Lead growth marketing-related initiatives as we scale
  • Drive channel optimisation
  • Explore new verticals to increase growth.
  • Together with the Head of Marketing, define and build a company-wide growth plan
  • Create and implement experimental marketing strategies

Build and scale growth team

  • Drive hiring: Job Descriptions, Interviewing, Hiring Processes

Manage team and drive team and personal improvements

  • Ensure team is maximising the impact of all growth experiments by maintaining organised playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards which track the states and thresholds related to each experiment.
  • Hold regular 1-1s with team members to ensure projects and PD are on track
  • Create effective training on growth-related topics.

Do apply if you...

  • You are working in timezones between GMT+0 and GMT+7.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing at digital products or SaaS
  • Can demonstrate examples of growing at scale within a B2B/B2C space
  • Have led small teams before and optionally, have hired and trained talented marketers
  • Are quick on your feet and prefer to wear multiple hats at once
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong communication, demonstrated management success, stakeholder management upwards and downwards
  • Can demonstrate analytical rigour, you must know how to quantitatively analyse and optimise marketing programs and growth initiatives
  • Are in love with Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager 🥰 Seriously though, you must know how to quantitatively analyze and optimize growth initiatives
  • Team management experience both in having rapports and interviewing/ hiring candidates
  • Are a native or proficient English speaker
